2.2. Quote request form

  • Data collected: name, company or project, email address, phone number (optional) and description of the service requested.
  • Purpose: to prepare and send personalised quotes, and to manage the pre-contractual relationship with the prospective client.
  • Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Retention period: throughout the negotiation process and, if a contract is formalised, for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the applicable statutory periods (generally 5 years for commercial documentation and 4 years for tax obligations).

2.3. Browsing and statistics (Google Analytics)

  • Data collected: anonymised IP address, pages visited, time spent, device and browser.
  • Purpose: statistical analysis of website usage to improve its content and services.
  • Legal basis: user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given via the cookie banner.
  • Retention period: as per Google Analytics settings (maximum 26 months).

3. Recipients of data

Personal data will not be shared with or sold to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Technology service providers (data processors), including:
    • Hostinger International Ltd. – web hosting, domain and email provider.

  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Objection: to object to the processing of your data in certain cases.
  • Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.
